Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Operational Terms
By submitting a booking basket or confirming a bespoke event brief with AthletiCore Company, the organising entity agrees to these operational terms. These conditions govern the provision of tournament infrastructure, refereeing, and venue management.
2. Tournament Package Inclusions
Each package outlined in our catalogue includes specific logistical support, such as venue hire time, referee staffing levels, and digital scoring access. Any additions beyond the agreed brief (e.g., extra participant capacity, bespoke medals) will incur supplementary charges as agreed during the consultation.
3. Booking & Payment Schedules
A non-refundable operational deposit is required to lock in venue and staff. The remaining balance must be cleared 14 days before the event date. Failure to meet payment schedules may result in the release of the booked venue and cancellation of the event.
4. Venue Regulations & Compliance
Participants must adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the host venue, including footwear requirements, zero-tolerance policies on prohibited substances, and spectator conduct. AthletiCore Company reserves the right to eject individuals violating venue compliance.
5. Participant Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of referees, staff, or opposing teams. Our professionally certified officials possess the authority to abandon matches or disqualify teams whose conduct breaches acceptable sportsmanship standards. No refunds will be issued for disqualifications due to misconduct.
6. Limitation of Liability for Injuries
Participation in sports carries inherent physical risks. While AthletiCore ensures venues are safe and risk assessments are conducted, we are not liable for sports-related injuries sustained during normal play. Teams are advised to ensure their participants are fit to compete.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any operational disputes arising from tournament execution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
