Cancellation & Refunds
1. Event Cancellation Windows
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the final balance. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the final balance. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as venue and staff commitments are fully locked.
2. Non-Refundable Operational Deposits
To secure premium venues and FA-qualified or certified officials, an initial operational deposit is required. This deposit is strictly non-refundable as it covers immediate hard costs and administrative bracketing design incurred by AthletiCore Company.
3. Rescheduling & Postponement Policy
If an organiser wishes to postpone an event, written notice must be provided at least 21 days in advance. We will make every effort to transfer the booking to a new date within a 3-month window, subject to a rescheduling administration fee. Postponements requested within 21 days are treated as cancellations.
4. Weather-Related Disruptions (Force Majeure)
For outdoor events, if severe weather renders the venue unsafe or unplayable as determined by the venue management or AthletiCore directors, the event will be postponed. We will work with the organiser to secure an alternative date. Refunds are not issued for weather disruptions, only postponements.
5. Participant Drop-Out Terms
AthletiCore Company charges based on the agreed tournament format and capacity, not per individual participant attendance on the day. If a corporate team or amateur squad drops out of a booked bracket, the total package cost remains unchanged. Our directors will adjust the bracket schedule accordingly to maintain event flow.
6. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of corporate payment within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellation fees or operational execution must be submitted in writing within 5 days post-event to [email protected]. We strive for total client satisfaction and will review all cases objectively.
