When you create an Organiser Portal account or submit a booking basket, we collect your name, corporate email address, phone number, and company details. This information is strictly used for the operational planning and logistical execution of your requested tournament packages. We process this data under the legal basis of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you.

2. Participant Data Handling

During the bracketing phase, organisers may submit team rosters. We handle this participant data (names, team affiliations) solely for the purpose of operating the digital scoring hub and managing on-site logistics. We do not use participant data for direct marketing purposes without explicit consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

4. Data Retention Periods

Organiser account data is retained as long as the account remains active. Event-specific participant data is securely anonymized or deleted 90 days after the conclusion of the tournament, unless required for legal or insurance purposes.

We may share necessary logistical data with trusted third parties, such as partner sports venues and certified refereeing associations, strictly to ensure the smooth execution of the event. We ensure all third parties adhere to equivalent data protection standards.
